Salm Partners Meat Processing Plant - Aerial View as Construction Crane Lifts Equipment into Place

Boldt recently completed a new 65,000 SF facility on a 20-acre greenfield site that expands production capacity and supplements Salm Partner’s existing plant in Denmark. Phase 1 of the new construction project features a ready-to-eat sausage production line, blending capabilities and storage.

Boldt was able to stay ahead of the aggressive schedule and meet Salm Partner’s needs. Boldt exceeded this goal by creating an environment that focused on teamwork and working toward goals that were collectively agreed upon early in the project. This commitment led to a project that was completed on time, under budget, and generated savings that allowed the owner to reinvest additional value back into their business.
