Concrete foundations and flatwork are critical to the success of any project. Boldt’s ACI (American Concrete Institute) trained and certified professionals manage concrete scope to ensure timelines are met, while providing the highest level of quality and safety. Boldt offers mass concrete foundations and bases, footings, foundation walls, slabs-on-grade, slabs-on-deck, structural concrete, sidewalks, curb and gutter and more. Masonry Services
Boldt is a leading masonry construction company with highly skilled, union-trained cement masons and bricklayers nationwide. Whether you’re building new, expanding or replacing your existing structure, we can offer masonry services like new brick, stone, precast, block / Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and veneer masonry, as well as concrete flatwork and foundations, to improve your building’s performance. To extend the life of your existing building, our experts can assess current conditions, then tuckpoint, repair and replace weathered masonry to keep your facility protected against the elements and looking its best.
Steel Services
Structural steel framing and concrete steel reinforcement are the backbone of most commercial construction projects. They’re also often one of the largest bid packages on a project—and more prone to supply chain disruptions in steel procurement. Boldt is an AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) certified steel erector. When you use Boldt union ironworkers to self-perform this key trade, instead of subcontracting to another steel construction company, you can better control costs and guarantee this critical construction piece is in place and on time, to keep construction moving.
Rough and Finish Carpentry and framing
Our company was founded on one man’s reputation for extraordinary carpentry construction. Even as we’ve grown far beyond a carpentry construction company, carpentry craftsmanship remains a core part of Boldt. We provide both rough carpentry—framing, studs and basic construction—and finish carpentry, for high-end millwork, casework, molding and more.
Millwright Services
In-house hoisting/rigging, installation, alignment, leveling and maintenance and repair services — Boldt offers millwright services for even the largest, most complex equipment. That’s part of the reason we’re one of the nation’s largest industrial contractors. Combined with Boldt Technical Services’ engineering and planning services, our millwright construction services provide exceptional value to our manufacturing, food and beverage and power and energy construction clients.
Boilermaker Services
Our boilermakers are expert welders and riggers who fabricate, install and repair boilers, chillers and other large containers for holding liquids and gases. As a self-perform boilermaker construction firm, Boldt provides excellent value for clients with complex systems in heavy industrial environments such as power generation facilities, chemical plants, steel mills, mines, refineries and paper mills.
