Mars Wrigley Confectionery

Mars Wrigley Confectionary Warehouse Space with Elevated Ceilings

This project consists of a new, 64,000 SF addition adjacent to an existing manufacturing facility that houses the palletizing and shipping/receiving services. The addition will primarily serve the plant’s current distribution needs but installing production equipment for future growth will be an option.

The expansion consists of a steel framed building with insulated metal wall panels and a membrane roof system over an insulated metal deck. It includes a trucker’s lounge with restroom, uniform unloading room, elevated employee walkway and equipment platform.
